Who We Are

The National Alliance of Community & Technical Colleges (NACTC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization comprised of progressive community colleges dedicated to facilitating the sharing of ideas and programs. The organization emphasizes networking, problem solving, and cooperative efforts towards addressing issues of common concern.

The NACTC is dedicated to helping member colleges succeed in our rapidly changing world. In today’s information-based global economy, the United States faces imposing problems that can only be addressed through expanded educational opportunities and success. Technical and community colleges, with their commitment to and experience in working with diverse populations, are the essential institutions in educational advancement.

The NACTC emphasizes sharing, networking, and joint development of new educational initiatives.
